About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for availability, incident, problem, and capacity management for the applications in scope
  • Resolve incidents, problems, and user queries in a timely manner through proper analysis
  • Manage communication for incidents \xef\xb4\xbeSLA breaches, application major incidents, logistics issues\xef\xb4\xbf and responsible for communications within team, manager, and department
  • Drive technical remediation with the vendor
  • Perform regular status meeting with L3 on the Problem Ticket
  • Work closely with project team, L2 & L3 Production Support and Development teams to support incidents, problems, and user queries
  • Contribute in effective knowledge management and best practices within team and organization
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.
  • At least 10-12 years of hands-on application support experience in Avaya Unified Communication Products such as Avaya Experience Portal, Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager.
  • Knowledge on Tetherfi Products will be added advantage
  • Experience in working with the following technical platforms / programming languages - Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL Server
  • Implementation experience in Avaya Contact Center Products and services
  • Strong experience in monitoring, call tracking, replaying capabilities
