Job Description
Are you an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong knowledge in Infrastructure as a Code?
Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a Cloud Engineer to be part of their Technology Department.
You will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the strategy and plan for transitioning to a Cloud Native environment (AWS and Azure)
- Establishing the company\'s cloud reference framework, guidelines, and security policies
- Delivery of guidance and mentorship to junior cloud engineers / architects in the team
- Implementing a standardized technology stack on cloud service provider(s) to centralize institutional knowledge, tools, best practices, and deploy production-ready asset
- Leading a team of Cloud Engineers
Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of experience working on public cloud environments in AWS and Azure
- AWS (Professional) certifications are a must. Additional Certifications in Azure would be advantageous
- Strong Knowledge in Infrastructure as a Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Excellent communication skills in English and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge in CI/CD Methodologies
