About the Department

The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients\' investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

BCM Programme

  • Participate in business BCM programme related matters such as strategy planning, call tree, BCP execution etc
  • Coordinate with Group BCM and technical teams to plan and conduct DR / BCP exercise to test procedures and overall effectiveness of the recovery plan
  • Responsible and conduct the executing the business crisis recovery plan
Administration Services
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for purchase requisition
  • Administration of financial operations related matters such as verifying invoices, allocation of costs, payment and accrual process
  • Administration of business and general admin related matters such as update organisation chart, maintain distribution list, staff On/Offboarding, stationery, name card etc
  • Preparing the annual CAPEX and OPEX budget planning and managing all expenditure are within approved budgets
Premise Services
  • Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate Services on building facilities related matters such as space planning, power shutdown exercise, workplace safety etc
  • Coordinate with Security team on access control and other related matters such as CCTV, review security access etc
  • To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility such as office maintenance, security, cleanliness and functionality
  • Facilitating with tenants and contractors in fitting-out/reinstatement/maintenance/upgrading works
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Others
  • Coordinate and attend to any IT infra related issues or request, such as basic desktop trouble shooting, market data and dealing phone system
Job Requirements
  • Min 5 years and above of hands on business continuity experience in the banking industry with knowledge on banking IT experience in dealing room will be added advantage
  • Business knowledge in Finance and Banking front to back operations, finance, risk and accounting will be added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and individually with minimum guidance
  • Highly initiative with a willingness to learn, proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Strong analytical and possess problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and tight deadline
  • Good team player, independent, proactive and self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
