Job Description
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the company's growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Lead the strategic planning process, identifying market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Analyze and evaluate business performance and market conditions to make strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
Monitor and assess the impact of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Provide guidance and support to department heads in developing their own strategic plans and goals.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning.
Lead and mentor a team of strategic planners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and above in Strategic Analysis and Innovation, Strategic Management, Law and/or equivalent. With at least 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning or a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. Advanced knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and tools. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities.
