About the Department
The Retail function provides customers with financial solutions tailored to their personal needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities
1. Create End-to-end User Journeys

  • Create end-to-end Single Customer View and Leads management Workflows in line with business strategy
  • Represent the business interests and needs in terms of C360 SCV and Leads build
2. Create Business Processes
  • Create granular journeys for the end users for all the relevant business processes related to SCV and Leads within the C360 program
3. Create Business Requirements
  • Create Business Requirements Document (BRD)
  • Work with the Tech and Operations Program Manager and the functional Business analysts on how to structure and sequence the different builds
  • For each build
  • Prepare business requirements document
  • Prepare the business case
  • Support the Tech & Operations Project Manager to suggest revised requirements if the solution is technically complex, time sensitive or costly
4. Update the Business Case
  • Update the business case in line with dynamic requirements and user feedback
  • Update the key deliverables (e.g., Investment Proposal, BRD, Business case, User adoption plan, ...)
  • Status updates at Weekly PSCs outlining support required and escalations
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
  • Actively driving test and learn with data driven insights applied to sales and advisory journey
  • Good knowledge of local financial advisory ecosystem landscape
  • Strong stakeholder management ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional
  • Experience in project management, technology, Agile approach would be preferred
  • Experience in agile approach, actively driving test and learn with data driven insights
