Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

The Cash Product Commercialisation Manager will help to drive business growth by executing the joint Mid Cap/SME and GTS business strategy in commercializing cash products and solutions for our Mid Cap and SME customers:

  • Develop and roll out new product propositions to grow and entrench our position in the accounts, deposits, payments and collections space.
  • Provide training and marketing support to implement go-to-market plans and drive product usage.
  • Co-create and leverage AI/ML models, control towers and data analytics for leads, triggers and portfolio monitoring.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and experiments through MtJ to drive customer acquisition and utilisation.
  • Analyse results and learnings of campaigns and experiments to continuously gain insights and conversion.
  • Drive digitisation efforts to maximize the use of our digital channels and reduce manual transactions and behaviour.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities including marketplaces, supply chains, integrated ERP platforms or merchant solutions to capture new business opportunities at scale.
  • Drive regional cadences and propositions to gain greater business traction in our regional markets.
The Cash Product Commercialisation Manager will work closely with GTS Product and Sales, Mid Cap and SME RMs, Marketing, IBG Digital, Ecosystems and in-country teams to ensure the delivery of business growth targets. This role will report into the Regional Mid Cap & SME Cash Team Lead.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Banking & Finance or a related discipline
  • Experience in Mid Cap / SME banking or cash management solutions preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyse and present data in a meaningful way in presentation decks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
