ABOUT HRTO
HR Transformation Office (HRTO) orchestrates the overall HR Transformation Program and ensures alignment of all prioritised initiatives to HR value drivers. We maintain coherency across strategic projects by providing directional input on integration, dependency, capability needs and guide overall change management and adoption.

Role & Responsibilities:
You will complement the existing team and be responsible for:

  • Lead, develop and implement change management strategies and initiatives, which includes stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, next-gen communications plans, capability development and enablement plan, gamification approach, etc in collaboration with the regional/local stakeholders
  • Conduct research and leverage on the insights to curate change interventions and solutions
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from data, trends, and salient point of view
  • Drive planning and execution of all the change activities to the organization to ensure support, awareness, and engagement with the transformation program
  • Define metrics and measure effectiveness, business adoption, benefits realization and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experienced and passionate in some of the following areas: Change Management , Change Agility, HR Strategy, HR Transformation, Employee Experience and Digital HR
  • Have a proven track record in Change Management and Project Management
  • Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges
  • Effective communicator, courage to drive for results and empathy to employees
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • High attention to details, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Consulting experience in delivery of strategy and transformation programs in a large organisation using agile methodologies is preferred
