Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of escalation for select top-tier corporates and non-bank financial institutions to address complex enquiries/ critical issues across the full suite of Cash Management products/ services
  • Manage a portfolio of key Cash Management accounts with a view to strengthen client relationships and identify cross-sell/ deep-sell opportunities to generate new leads for incremental revenue growth
  • Achieve a strong understanding of clients\' business operations, Cash Management services and requirements, and organisational structure (focusing on key client stakeholders)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience for ongoing maintenance activities, including the deployment of incremental Cash Management products/ services
  • Coordinate with in-country teams to address complex enquiries/ critical escalations raised by regional clients with Cash Management services established in core GTB locations
  • Lead periodic service reviews to promote continuous client engagement and drive service/ process improvements
  • Enhance overall client satisfaction through impactful servicing and proactive sharing of best practices/ new product and service offerings
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 8 year relevant experience in an established financial institution (preferably in a client-facing role with a flair for high-value servicing and relationship building)
  • Deep understanding of Cash Management products/ services and related operational processes
  • Excellent communication skills to manage difficult clients/ situations and engage diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work independently under pressure/ within tight timelines
  • Meticulous, resilient, self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and growth mindset
  • Takes full ownership of assigned tasks and possesses good problem-solving skills in driving complex issues to timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Strong team player with ability to work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to address client needs
