About the Department
UOB Private Bank is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5 million and above. Keeping in mind our clients\' financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group\'s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

Job Responsibilities
As part of the Client Fulfilment Team - your key responsibilities :

  • Ensure client and account maintenance documentation and processes are fit for purpose of the Private Bank platform, ensuring compliance to legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Responsible for data quality on client static information across relevant bank\'s systems, and that all internal controls for high risk transactions are adhered to.
  • Provide support on meeting FATCA / CRS regulatory requirements
  • Develop and provide regular service metrics reporting and conduct service reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews on process flows and keeping the SOP updated.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, driving for efficiency through system automation where relevant.
  • Lead investigation and resolve client servicing or operation related issues between Front Office and Group Operations.
Job Requirements
  • At least a degree holder
  • 6 years of experience in private banking client static maintenance will be required. A good knowledge of documentation requirements for individual and non-individual accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team and multi-task. Open minded, able to learn and share information, knowledge and expertise with peers and team members.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and Power Point)
