About the Department

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Group Business Banking AML data analytics capabilities to enhance risk detection including but not limited to AML and Sanctions risks
• Synergize and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand analytics business requirements and problem formulation
• Translate business requirements into structured data extraction requests and perform data extraction and analysis to obtain targeted output
• Monitor Business Banking portfolio to identify AML related exposure
• Participate in ad-hoc AML related projects
• Manage end to end analytics workflow, including but not limited to documentation, data extraction, sharing of insights, metric tracking and reporting, etc.
• Automate the existing manual task for internal stakeholders to improve job efficiency

Job Requirements

• Degree holders aspiring to develop a career in AML risk management and surveillance through data analytics
• 8-10 years of analytics experience in financial sector
• Good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of the data analysis pipeline, data infrastructure
• Good experience in data analysis tools and languages such as SAS, Python, SQL, Impala/HUE, Excel VBA, QlikSense, NPrinting
