Job Description
The job holder is expected to work on Business Continuity Management (BCM)The scope also includes APAC as Singapore office is the hub for BCP/BCM management. Liaison with Tokyo head office is also required from time to time.Job Responsibilities
- Planning and coordination of BCP Drills such as tabletop excercise, live run and office disaster
- Enhancement and updating BCM framework such as Critical Business Service and Business Impact Analysis
- Annual updating of BCP/BCM plans in Singapore
- Deployment, support, and retrieval of head office\'s BCP assessment in APAC
- Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments and APAC branches in case of emergencies
- Other projects related to long term enhancement and support of operational resilience in the bank
- Extensive knowledge and experience in business continuity planning (BCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Leadership skills and problem-solving/ analysis abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to details.
- Project management skills and ability to plan effectively.
- Understanding and practical experience with MAS guidelines.
