How you succeed
  • Min. 7 years of relevant trading experience in Asia markets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the economies, political dynamics, and regulatory frameworks of the specific emerging markets you are trading in.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of NDFs and interest rate derivatives, including their pricing, trading mechanics, and risk management techniques.
  • Develop strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify trading opportunities, and evaluate risk-reward scenarios. Conduct thorough research, analyze data, and use quantitative models to make informed trading decisions.
  • Establish risk management strategies and adhere to them consistently. Set risk limits, monitor positions, and implement appropriate hedging strategies to protect against adverse market movements.
What you do
  • Market scope includes China and rest of EM Asia.
  • Identify trading and arbitrage opportunities.
  • Ability to price and market make core forex and interest rate products to bank\xe2\x80\x99s clients.
  • Effective and responsible management of risks.
  • Coordinates and facilitates special projects.
  • Work closely with teammates to achieve overall KPIs.
