The Company
Our client is a leading property investment and development group. They are looking for a VP, Finance to join them.

The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller. You will be focusing on the finance operations of their China properties which makes up 50% of their property portfolio. You will review monthly group consolidated accounts and quarterly accounts for subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associated companies. You will participate in due diligence exercise and work on acquisitions and transactions. You will oversee the full cycle of annual budgets and forecasts for group.

Your Profile
You should have minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry. You have strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, PRC GAPP, taxation, and consolidation principles including equity accounting. You have strong communication and presentation skills. You are meticulous, analytical and have an aptitude for numbers.
