Identifying topics relating to changes in FRS, policies or estimates for reporting to the Audit Committee ('AC') and drafting the relevant papers. Ensure reporting requirements of shareholders and lenders are met with timely and accurate submissions. Submission of financial reports to lenders in accordance to requirements under the loan agreements and agreed format. Additionally: Review the loan terms against changes to operations to highlight potential notices, breaches and/or waiver requests that will need to be actioned upon. Draft the notice accordingly for approval to release to lenders in timely manner Leading the operational level discussion, preparation and execution of changes to loan documents with HOD (Legal) and external legal counsels. Review reporting for submission to shareholders. Manage taxation matters including Corporate Tax, Property Tax and Transfer Pricing to ensure full compliance Review corporate tax computations and submissions to IRAS, working with tax agent to ensure optimal basis is adopted and address any queries from IRAS. Prepare property tax computation and address any queries from IRAS. Maintain up-to-date intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation taking into account relevant changes in business, structure or regulations as appropriate. Preparation of strategic plan, mid-term and long term business plan by the stipulated timeline Support the formulation of strategic which includes environment scans and trend analysis, develop forecast and scenario analysis. Preparation of the overall MTP timelines for execution. To carry out the execution thereafter directly with each of the individual HODs and their working teams. prepare the financial model complete with analysis on financial ratios and scenarios. recommend approaches to avoid non-compliance with financial covenants as well as the approaches towards refinancing of the Loan Facilities. Monthly financial planning and analysis of Asset Management Division's expenditure Consolidate the YTD/month-end commitment, cash settlement and financial statement positions. Identify nature of key expenditure projects for the period and possible discrepancies/anomalies in spending patterns against the annual budget. Review and comment on business cases raised for approved budgets and adhoc material unbudgeted expenses. Monthly review of generation gross margins Review the prelim (fast close for financial reporting) and final generation gross margin results provided by Portfolio Management Division. Provide analysis of key drivers and differences from annual budget. Preparation of annual budget for submission to Board Preparation of the overall budget operational processes and timelines for execution. To translate the approved mid-term plan into budget. Collation information on budget from various teams and prepare the report with analysis. Drafting of the budget paper for presentation. Requirements: Minimum a Degree in Accountancy or similar field. At least 10years of relevant experience. Strong experience in Management / Liaisons of Lenders and Agents in Syndicated Loan Facility Environment. Chartered Accountant of Singapore and/prior experiencein big 4 audit firm will be advantageous. Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and consolidated accounts. Strong understanding of hedge accounting and derivative pricing (IRS, CCS, FX, Commodities). Excellent knowledge of corporate and property taxation.
