Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Fund OperationsOversee fund liquidity management/forecasting
Oversee ongoing investment limitation monitoring for deal flows
Lead coordination of capital activities and related reporting for the Head Office
Ongoing compliance monitoringFund ReportingOversee quarterly investor templates and investor letters
Oversee ad-hoc/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for senior management
Liaise with accounting service providers and stakeholders on fund-related mattersValuation ReportingOversee specific valuation reportingOversee fund-level returns and materials to facilitate meetings with various stakeholdersSupport the APAC Head of Business Finance in various strategic planning and organizational mattersDrive finance transformation and technology initiativesManage other ad hoc tasks/projects as required by the businessAble to build and maintain relationships and navigate diverse stakeholdersQualifications:
- 15+ years\' experience in accounting with CPA/CA professional qualification
- Proven experience in managing and delivering large, complex, and cross-functional finance transformation and technology projects
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a managerial role within the private equity/real estate sector
- Ability to work effectively across a global organisation
