About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Effective Production System Support

  • Lead the Global CRM support teams to provide timely production support to global users
  • Ensure timely resolution of production defects
  • Understand business process and identify efficiency / productivity improvement opportunity via system enhancement / automation / analytics capabilities
  • Explore and identify sales, service, and portfolio performance insights through data analytics via CRM
  • In charge of monthly performance reports generation and analysis
  • Implement and continuously improve automated UAT test scripts
  • Review and manage system BCP activities
  • Manage system enhancement budget including prioritisation of CRs through proper impact analysis, review and manage delivery effort estimation within yearly budget
  • Ensure appropriate system security access design
  • Support and manage internal and external audit requests and any actions required to address observations identified
  • Develop team members in providing effective support to businesses, including both functional and business knowledge
Project Management and Participation
  • Spearhead every quarterly release and projects involving global CRM system, including, but not limited to, Operating model analysis (which includes current state assessment, target journey design, fit/gap analysis), Business requirement gathering and documentation, Functional specification review, UAT planning, test scenarios and script development, Manage and participate in UAT, Post-live user training and support
  • Work with various business users and other stakeholders, including delivery team and vendor, to ensure CRM projects will be implemented on time
  • Work with various stakeholders to actively manage release / project risks and issues; actively source for solutions to manage risks / issues
  • Participate in other projects requiring Global CRM system involvement
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing Global CRM system management with at least 3 years of experience in wholesale banking sales and servicing process, business users support; managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a plus
  • Proven track record in CRM system implementation including streamlining business processes and connecting data to derive business insights, such as increasing productivity, improving customer experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • Possess passion in technology adoption to drive high performance workforce
  • Strong analytical and creative, structured problem solving skill
  • Strong experience of working across geographies and cross-functional teams
  • Able to multiple tasks, manage across multiple initiatives and interface with various levels of management in UOB
  • Able and willing to adapt in a dynamic environment
