About the VP - Info Sec (Azure Cloud) Role:
This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven background in architecting and implementing robust security solutions within the Azure Cloud environment. The selected candidate will also possess exceptional project management skills and a track record of effectively managing senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Cloud Security Leadership: Spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive Azure Cloud security strategies, safeguarding sensitive data, applications, and infrastructure. Continuously monitor and incorporate cutting-edge security practices to bolster clients\' security posture
• Cutting-edge DLP Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art DLP solutions to prevent unauthorised data access, transmission, or breaches. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish data protection protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
• Innovative Solution Architecture: Utilise deep technical acumen to devise innovative security solutions that harmonise with the company\'s objectives and compliance requirements
• Masterful Project Management: Leverage adept project management skills to expertly plan, execute, and monitor intricate cloud security and DLP implementation projects. Ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines, scope, and budget
• Eminent Stakeholder Management: Engage, liaise, and guide senior stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams, to align security initiatives with overarching business goals. Deliver transparent and concise updates on project status, risks, and advancements
• Risk Evaluation and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations within the Azure Cloud environment. Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate identified risks and uphold robust security protocols
• Inspiring Team Leadership: Cultivate and lead a dynamic team of security experts, providing mentorship, direction, and opportunities for professional growth. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous enhancement
• Technology and Vendor Appraisal: Stay attuned to emerging security technologies and solutions in the Azure ecosystem. Assess third-party vendors and tools for their suitability in enhancing the company\'s security capabilities
• Regulatory Compliance Mastery: Guarantee that all security measures and implementations comply with industry standards, regulatory mandates, and pertinent data protection legislation

As you will be stakeholder-facing, you must have excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Azure certifications) is advantageous
• Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud security and DLP implementation, with a strong emphasis on project management and senior stakeholder interaction
• Proven aptitude in handling intricate security projects from inception to fruition, with a track record of delivering punctually and within financial confines
• Comprehensive grasp of Azure Cloud services, security protocols, and best practices for securing cloud environments
• Profound understanding of data loss prevention strategies, technologies, and tools
• Exemplary leadership and team-building skills, with a knack for motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrated by successful engagement with and management of senior stakeholders
• Solid comprehension of regulatory compliance and data protection legislation
• Successful background in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response
