Practices open and honest communications with clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acts as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborates with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs (request for proposal). \xe2\x80\xa2 Completes business scope documents and defines and documents user personas for individual products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborates with vendor support managers for oversight and maintenance of all secondary and support vendor relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interacts with key suppliers and partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates and facilitates pilot activities acting as primary contact with client, securing pilot agreement and monitoring progress. Determines success criteria and recommends \xe2\x80\x9cgo / no go\xe2\x80\x9d decision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution (does not include standard problem escalation process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determines and approves all service level agreements (SLAs) related to products and includes with business scope documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Presents product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 May require up to 40% travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other related duties assigned as needed. Directs and controls activities of all product lines and products within a Division through multiple Product Managers and/or Product Line Managers. Products within the Division must meet industry and U.S. regulatory compliance, be marketed for sale globally and have an annual worldwide target product revenue of more than $500M USD. Maintains strategic alignment with executive management and strategic clients across all business segments, i.e., NAFI, IFI, and GFI. Manages the capital budgets and expenditures, product revenue and profitability for all product lines and products within the Division on a global basis. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods. Participates with other senior managers in establishing strategic plans and objectives, makes final decisions on administrative/operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the business and/or industry. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. Regularly interacts with executives and major clients. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with clients or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
