The CompanyA rare and exciting opportunity to join an established and reputable real estate leader with proven track record in both private and listed funds. Due to ongoing expansion plans, they are hiring for a senior investments talent to oversee their hospitality and lodging business.

The RoleReporting to the Head, your mandate is to grow their investments within hospitality and lodging globally. You will source, identify and evaluate opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business contacts and investors, regular reporting to the investment committee, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining good fund performance by complying with internal governance guidelines, contributing to the firm\'s investment management strategy through research and market intelligence etc.

Your ProfileTo succeed, you should have at least 10 years relevant experience in similar capacity. You should have proven track record of sourcing and executing investment deals and be results oriented.
