Job Description




The VP, Learning and Development (L&D), People Team is responsible for developing employees with the skills the organization needs to achieve its goals. The individual will plan, design, and implement Global, Regional, Practice or Integrated Solution-specific, L&D initiatives, and external, client-facing programs, and will possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organizational learning and strong knowledge of business practices alongside leadership ability.

What you will be doing:

    • Identifies key Regional, Practice and/or Integrated Solution-specific organizational capability requirements and integrates them into short and long-term Global L&D strategies that are aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
    • Ensures regulation and governance of all Global L&D programs and initiatives by leading and overseeing the design and delivery of all L&D programs and ensuring the vision of Global L&D is communicated effectively across the Region or Functional Areas.
    • Develops the budget for Regional, Practice, or Integrated Solution L&D programs and initiatives and leads cost-benefit analyses of programs and initiatives.
    • Collaborates with the Global L&D CoE team and PLT on developing L&D strategies and liaises with them as well as Regional, Practice or Integrated Solution business leadership on the progression of L&D across the organization.
    • Collaborates with other functional People Team areas to develop ways for operations to support learning, development, change, and performance management, and leverages technology to support learning throughout the organization.
    • Supports the identification of Regional, Practice, and Integrated Solutions leadership potential within the organization and collaborates with the Global L&D CoE and People Team BP on development planning.
    • Directs the L&D resources, overseeing the allocation of work and performance against goals. Provides feedback, coaching, and mentoring, drives employee development, and performs additional people management activities.
    • Partners with the Global Chief Learning Officer to identify client-facing learning requirements, integrates them into short and long-term L&D strategies that are aligned with the client\xe2\x80\x99s overall L&D strategy, develop and design interventions, and execute programs, as required.




What is required of you:

    • Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources, L&D, Organizational Development, or related field. Certification in HR or relevant education.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in progressively senior learning and development roles or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in learning and development program design, facilitation, and implementation.
    • Experience working in professional service in a client-facing role
    • Experience with learning management systems, instructional design, and learning measurement.
    • Competencies required for this role: Program Planning & Development, Relationship Building. Organizational Awareness, Training Need Analysis, Facilitate Programs, and Dynamic Learning Mindset.
