• Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

• Oversee the Management Associate and internship programs, from attraction, acquisition to onboarding. Design a robust development programme to ensure strong pipelining for early career hires.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions, ensuring cost effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression within the organization.
• Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness, utilizing insights to drive continuous process improvements.

• Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

• Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 8 to 10 years' experience in Learning & Development preferably in mid to large size organizations.
• SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM, or other relevant certifications will be a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail
