Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in originating and developing loan syndication and other local/regional business
- Preparing term sheet and structuring credit facilities.
- Provide distribution and market analysis work for syndications.
- Manage the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion
- Manage and execute loan syndication transactions including origination/negotiations, sell-downs, documentation and financial closing
- Establish good relationship with clients, banks, insurance companies and non-bank financial institutions.
- Minimum 7 years experience in debt capital markets, especially loan syndications.
- Sound credit analysis skills, loan documentation and negotiation skills.
- Market knowledge and prior experience in the local and regional debt markets is preferred.
- Team-player with positive attitude
