This pivotal role demands a seasoned and creative strategist with a proven track record of developing and executing highly successful marketing campaigns that drive substantial acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our propositions for cards, PayLah! and ecosystems (including Travel) leveraging data-driven insights to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a leadership role requiring significant experience and the ability to manage a team and multiple complex projects simultaneously.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve ambitious, aggressive growth targets for our consumer credit card products.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, managing budgets effectively and tracking ROI meticulously.
  • Leverage consumer and market research and analysis to identify key customer segments and unmet needs, translating these insights into compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (products, analytics, etc) to ensure alignment and optimize campaign performance, navigating complex internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, proactively proposing new strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Develop and present insightful and performance updates to senior management.
  • Manage, mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the management of marketing budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient expenditure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity, focusing on credit cards or financial services. Proven success in leading teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing highly successful marketing campaigns that deliver significant, measurable results. Experience with large-scale campaigns is essential.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience presenting to senior management is required.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and vendors, managing contracts and negotiating effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
