We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Premier Team Head - Wealth & Personal Banking. Principal Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship Managers managing our premier clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives
• The incumbent has a vital role to play in effectively leading and implementing change as an integral part of delivering the business strategy
• Ensure the teams adhere to sales process and global risk objectives
• Create and maintain an environment the team maximizes performance in achieving the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business objectives
• Ensure the business run effectively and efficiently in accordance to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Operating Model
• Keeping abreast of and comply to all Risk Control Management and Group Compliance policies
• Effective in coaching and in guiding the team to achieve business aspiration goals

Requirements

• Relevant experience in particularly in area of wealth management and business development
• Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
• Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
• Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
