Our Client is currently partnering with a leading International Bank who have a strong and growing Private Banking business and they are looking to hire a VP Private Banking Client Reporting & Delivery.This role will lead and drive the global refinement of Private Banking client statements, engaging front-to-back stakeholders to effectively communicate changes and gather feedback, ensuring seamless execution of refinement initiatives. The role requires maintaining compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards, and group compliance policies across locations during rollouts and implementations. The successful candidate will manage the governance and oversight of client reporting, including customized reports, reference letters, and other related documents. • Degree qualified with 8+ years of banking industry experience.
• Private Banking Product knowledge is preferred.
• Proven experience in Change Management with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
• Client and outcome-focused with a practical, innovative mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of HKMA, SFC, and MAS regulations and private banking.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex operational issues.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders.
