Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
Project Governance:
Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Technology Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of SCF platforms with client systems and internal infrastructure.
Compliance & Risk Oversight:
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational risk standards.
Performance Optimization:
Drive automation, scalability, and process improvements to support business growth and efficiency.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven working experience in project management, especially IT projects in financial institutions.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desirable.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
