About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services. Personal Financial Services We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
Help in setting appropriate risk appetite and early warning triggers for various PFS lending portfolios
Review policy, test proposals and strategy changes emanating from markets
Advise markets on compliance to group policies/standards/local regulations
Work with local PFS risk team to mitigate portfolio risk issues
Help markets in adopting best-in-class data analytics leveraging analytics tools deployed in the country
Follow through on outcomes from monthly/periodical reviews markets
Push automation/STP in credit underwriting/monitoring processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Job Requirements
Skills/ Experience
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on experience in managing retail credit risk
Good understanding of retail score models, policies and processes needed to manage portfolio risk
Basic understanding of underwriting and collection processes in driving risk performance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hands-on data analytical skills using SAS/Python/SQL/ Decision trees will be an added advantage
