About the Department

UOB Private Bank
is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5million and above. Keeping in mind our clients\' financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group\'s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

We are seeking a VP, Sales and Performance Management, Private Bank to join our team and take responsibility for sales performance and analytics within our Private Bank. This role will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), calculating sales incentive and payouts, together with providing reporting and analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis. The Sales and Performance Management Analyst will also handle salesperson enquiries regarding KPIs and payouts, review and assess findings related to salesperson appeals, and provide support for projects while coordinating with auditors and salespersons on sales transaction enquiries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales performance tracking and support Sales incentive Plan simulation model and computation.
  • Analyse KPIs and incentive payouts to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Handle and review salesperson enquiries and appeals.
  • Liaise with auditors and salespersons.
  • Coordinate and support projects.
  • Understand business requirements and utilize data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Design, build and provide timely dashboard and reports.
  • Continuous review reporting processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement.
  • Hands on experience in data computation and management.
Job Requirements
  • A successful candidate preferred to have a Bachelor\'s degree in finance, analytics, business management or any business-related fields.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of Retail / Private Bank experience in Sales and Performance Management, Analytics, Reporting or Incentive computation role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAS, Qlik).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with salespersons and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Knowledge of banking industry regulations and sales practices is preferred.
