About the Role

As the Vice President of Sales, you will drive the the strategic direction for Brivo\xe2\x80\x99s future salesforce in the Asia, Pacific, and Japan (APJ) territory. You\xe2\x80\x99ll drive our company\xe2\x80\x99s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.

In addition to being based in Singapore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be expected to:

  • Provide leadership to the sales organization in implementing sales organization objectives that align with Brivo\xe2\x80\x99s business goals.
  • Oversee the hiring and development of the sales organization.
  • Establish and manage compensation, training, and sales incentive programs.
  • Drive the development sales strategies for APJ
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base.
  • Work closely with VP Marketing to develop, establish, and implement channel and sales strategies and marketing programs.
  • Manage overall sales process, including management of key metrics and continuous process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on product portfolio selections and pricing policies to align with business strategies as well as numerical sales targets.
  • Be a role model for the company culture.
About You
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in executive level sales leadership and management in the APJ market
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  • Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
  • Proven ability to drive results in different market segments (enterprise, mid-market, SMB) markets through a Dealer channel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
  • Experience in optimizing use of SFA tools.
  • Experience selling SaaS or other subscription-based recurring revenue services.
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
  • BA/BS or equivalent required. MBA or equivalent a plus.
  • Must reside in APJ territory in order to facilitate deep cooperation with the rest of Brivo\xe2\x80\x99s executive team in the U.S.
  • Must be available to travel globally (APJ, EMEA, US) up to 50-75% of the time.
