About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
The VP, Security Assurance & Regulatory Management will be responsible for supporting the security related audit, assurance and regulatory obligations for the Group Information Security (GIS) organization and bank-wide security attestations.

This position will work closely with various business, risk and technology stakeholders to:
Proactively assess the compliance exposure to current and emerging security related regulatory requirements and plan and track remediation efforts
Manage reverse third party due diligence engagements related to Group Information Security (GIS)
Manage audit, assurance and regulatory engagements related to Group Information Security (GIS) including ongoing knowledge management on queries and request for information
Manage bank-wide security attestation programs related to the SWIFT Customer Security Control Framework (CSCF) compliance and Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCOP)
Key Responsibilities:
Individual contributor role and will include managing vendor resources and third parties as and when needed
Continuously assess and understand the Bank’s compliance exposure to current and emerging information and cyber security regulations to serve as requirements to the Bank’s ongoing security governance activities and initiatives
Effectively manage key security related audit, assurance and regulatory obligations for the Bank including the delivery of proactive assessments and awareness of such obligations
Maintain contemporary knowledge of trends and technologies and assess applicability to the Bank’s environment in the spirit of continuous service and capability improvement
Define and maintain documentation, processes, procedures and metrics to demonstrate effective and efficient management of services and capabilities
Others:
Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders including technical and management staff
Capable of managing a number priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
Job Requirements
Education
Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution
Related professional qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory
Technical Skills
Overall approximately 10 years of experience with 3 to 5 or more years relevant experience in managing and delivering security assurance and regulatory compliance related programs
Experience in driving security change and governance programs
Strong ability to lead and influence change and to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Good knowledge and understanding of business and security requirements and needs, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain a high level of stakeholder trust and confidence
Good understanding of security controls and their purpose in the overall protection against security risks for the organization and customers
Highly process and stakeholder oriented with understanding of basic security concepts and technologies
Proven track record of decision-making and leadership with matrixed teams.
Ability to effectively translate and present security in simple to understand business or management terms.
