Job Description

This is a Senior demand manager role for the Citi Global Wealth (CGW) markets.

The individual is to lead and manage the demand management team, by supporting the global intake team, regional business counterparts and the technology delivery teams on the prioritization and fitment for the approved book of work. Other responsibilities include coordinate detailed software estimation, consolidate demand from the business sponsors.

Responsibilities:

Provides leadership to the CGW Technology Demand Management team on the prioritization and fitment of the approved book of work. With key focus on:

• Manage the submission of the Work Requests submitted by the businesses in the Private and Citi Gold / Citi Private Client sectors.
• Manage the software sizing process.
• Manage the prioritization process by the business management teams.
• Manage supply position by team (employees, contractors, licenses & maintenance, etc ) with alignment to demand projection.
• Drive resource and location strategy.
• Provide oversight of key drivers of Technology expenses.
• Publish scheduled supply and demand positions by team.
• Provide timely and regular status updates to the leadership team.
• Provide timely escalations on potential risks, with mitigation action plan.

Qualifications:

• 12 - 15 years of experience in a technology planning or project management role, with at least 7 years in the middle management level.
• In depth knowledge and experience in the technology demand and release process, particularly as a demand manager.
• In depth knowledge and experience in the agile software development process and life cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of software: Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to work with virtual and geographically dispersed teams across Asia, EMEA and North America.
• Superior skills in communication, problem solving and collaboration.
• An understanding in Private / Consumer Banking products and platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor\'s/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Finance related discipline
