Job Description

Business Function Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Design and build Reporting and Dashboard Solution and recommend the best fit solution
• Understand business requirements, design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
• Solve any data or performance issues related to Tableau workbooks and data sources
• Ensure documentation and data governance across the BI platforms using Tableau

Requirements

• Strong development experience using Tableau Desktop and Server (charts/ dashboard /storyboards)
• Strong experience in Data Modeling, SQL/PLSQL, Model Performance tuning and familiar with Software development lifecycle
• In-depth knowledge RDBMS systems (MSSQL, MariaDB, Oracle & PL SQL) and Hadoop Data Sources
• Extensive experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Good to have experience on Tableau administration and Server upgrade
• Experienced in User Experience Design, source control, work item tracking, and build management with Bitbucket
• Experience in collaboration with team to achieve goals using Agile Methodologies is preferred
• A team player who possess structured and methodical mindset, and high degree of self-initiative
• Good interpersonal skills with effective communication skills
• Flexible to work in other BI technologies like QlikView / QlikSense / PowerBI
