• Drive the key strategic initiatives within the Investment Products space in line with the overall strategic direction with Data.
• Be the key contact point for all data/dashboard requirements for Private Asset and Mutual Fund Products.
• Support the budget setting and preparation of business management reports on performance/key updates with senior management.
• Re-engineer business workflows to identify business opportunities, strengthen governance framework and streamline/digitize processes to optimize productivity.
• Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs, driving product innovation and differentiation.
• Understand the end-to-end user journeys and lead projects from conceptualization to implementation, including the engagement and management of key stakeholders.
• Supporting investment operational procedures and compliance requirements.
• Be confident with numbers and adopt a data-driven approach in decision making and solutioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with at least 7 years of experience in project / change management and implementation.
• Dynamic and resilient team player who is strong in communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in the investments / product management / regulatory space is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to assess situations independently and apply judgement as appropriate.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills, with a collaborative mind-set and ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient with Excel, VBA and Tableau.
• Able to maintain big data sets and derive useful insights quickly.
• Past experience in using data to drive Business outcome.
• Exposure to SharePoint flow and/ or prior experience in Campaign tracking would be advantageous.
