Your team of analytics engineers and cloud infrastructure engineers will play a pivotal role in building from scratch, and maintaining our data pipelines, data lake-house and cloud infrastructure to support our data-driven initiatives. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data engineering, cloud automation and data science best practices.Responsibilities:You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Team and technical leadership

o Draw on your past expertise to provide technical design and architecture and design the appropriate modern data stack for our level of data maturity
o Lead and mentor technical junior members of the team, enabling professional growth and learning

• Data infrastructure development

o Design and implement robust, scalable and cost-optimized data pipelines across on premise and cloud infrastructure to collect, process, and store data from various sources.
o Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the availability and integrity of data for analysis and modeling.
o Build business relevant data lake and data warehouses to support a combination of management reporting for business end-users and data science development environment for data scientist end-users.
o Build appropriate data governance processes and safeguards including access control and appropriate anonymization and masking.
o Set up and oversee the cloud infrastructure to enable agility, scalability and automation with a lean team.Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 8 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
