Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record to lead and expand the existing team’s expertise in regional Liquidity product management. This role will provide leadership, strategic thinking, and implementation of regional Liquidity solutions. Reporting to the Director and Head of Cash & Liquidity Products, the successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of approved strategies, influencing key stakeholders, driving commercialization of the initiatives and products. The individual must be able to demonstrate excellent writing and presentation skills as well as a strong product management and entrepreneurial mind-set.

Job Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy for growth, risk management and profitability of assigned product and assigned country.
• Lead strategic Liquidity product development, product innovation and product roadmaps for the region
• Formulate recommendations and policy / framework papers to enhance and revamp Liquidity products for the region;
• Product life cycle management;
• Knowledge of Asian and Oceania markets, local regulations and client requirements for the region is preferred;
• Championing system related assessments and product approvals with relevant stakeholders;
• Commercialization to Asian and Oceania markets to increase utilization and manage associated KPIs and revenue targets;
• Enhance product guides, marketing collaterals, demo kits for commercialization;
• Track product performance, ROI and identify challenges / opportunities to improve clients’ experience and utilization;
• Conduct training to both internal and targeted external client events

• Over 7 years experience in Liquidity & Cash Management product management
• Deep knowledge of Liquidity solutioning & familiarity with the Regulatory and Governance landscape
• Sound product and execution skills and ability to perform against tight deadlines
• Capable to influence and collaborate efficiently with stakeholders at various levels at Head Office, Regional and Local Branches
• Significant experience of leading at senior level, interpreting and delivering against strategic objectives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to influence others and sell ideas
• Very strong written and PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to analyse and present complex ideas, concepts, data and arguments, clearly, concisely and persuasively
• Good understanding and knowledge on IT, ebanking solutions, financial systems integration
• Experience in business process improvement and re-engineering
• Proven experience in leading a team of product managers
• Sharp analytical skills for strategic and innovation thinking
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight team with minimum supervision and take end to end responsibility on assignments
