About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Project management & technical implementation incl:
- Set Implementation Plan with Anchor;
- Manage system integration (UOB Proprietary, Anchor In-hourse or 3rd party platform) with Anchor, as required;- Lead Anchor & Spoke onboarding process working with CFS/ Middle Office;
- Lodge completed Legal & System Documentation with CAC, WROC, CFS;
- Handle Anchor & Spokes User Set-up on Infinity Trade Services/FSCM & Training;
- Liaise with TROC, CAC, WROC for FSCM Program Parameter Set-up in FITAS/TRD
- Manage testing & trial with Anchor & Spokes until GO-LIVE

Job Requirements

  • FSCM Specialist with good grasp of full suite of FSCM Solution Types UOB offers, FSCM Underwriting Framework & FSCM platform capability;
  • Possessed project management experience;
  • Good appreciation of the system behaviour, processing workflow requirements for different FSCM Solution Types UOB offers; &
  • Good interpersonal skills & able to manage and coordinate well with different external & internal stakeholders
