Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• The Successful candidate will be assigned a portfolio of Banks in and will be responsible to grow this segment.
• Develop new client relationship based on stringent client onboarding due diligence process.
• Understand client needs and possess good knowledge of the Bank\'s product offerings (treasury & markets, cash management, custody, loans, bonds, etc.).
• Deepen wallet share of existing relationships through cross selling and work closely with product / credit partners to deliver suitable solutions to clients.
• Work closely with in-country Financial Institutions team, sharing of best practice and assist in cross border collaboration coordination where required.
• Responsible to deliver agreed revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Take ownership of the relationship and provide prompt resolution to client requirements.
• Work in partnership with Credit Managers to propose credit limits and justification for transactions.
• Work with other stakeholders to negotiate ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, etc. with clients when needed.
• Responsible for minimizing credit and operational risks within candidate\'s assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 3-7 years\' relevant experience.
• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
• Good knowledge of the buying behavior of Banks and bank related companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Resourceful individual with positive attitude and also a good team player.
• Previous experience covering this segment with strong credit knowledge is an advantage.
