Responsibilities

• Partner closely with external partners, business and relationship managers to identify ecosystem opportunities, communication & positioning strategy to support their revenue targets
• Manage and guide a team of Business Development Managers to achieve business goals
• Implement end-to-end process which combines marketing, channels, process, fulfilment, legal & compliance, completion of comprehensive customer KYC and other functional areas as required, in order to achieve program objectives
• Work closely with functional teams (e.g. Biz Ops) to ensure seamless execution of the campaigns, process hand-offs and fulfilment (Account Opening)
• Stay attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry
• Ensure that all business acquisitions is accurately tracked and monitored and recorded at branch and Regional Treasures levels
• Adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements as well as internal security audit requirements
• Level of position offered will be commensurate with experience of candidate

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, with 8 or more years of relevant work experience
• Good planning and organizing capability
• Strong analytical/problem solving ability
• Keen appreciation of customers\' financial needs
• Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements as well as exposure to multicultural issues
• Good understanding of financial, investment products & services including equity and bond markets
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
