We\'re looking for someone that can help us to drive our strategy around Technology Workforce Analytics. This role will help to deliver people analytics strategy for DBS technology by driving key projects that support improved data, process frameworks and fundamentally delivering insights to our business leaders through analytics. This role will give you the opportunity to play a key part in the design and creation of the data environment that is critical to the reporting and analytical world of DBS. It will also allow you to work with senior stakeholders on key projects.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into workforce trends and metrics for senior management;
  • Prepare, analyse and develop materials using data visualization techniques for Program Steering Committee (PSC) meetings;
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify key workforce challenges and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to address them;
  • Develop Technology blended rates to support Genesis (Data warehouse) program;
  • Support and prepare ad-hoc analysis for special projects;
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies in the HR analytics field, and continuously identify ways to improve the workforce intelligence function;
  • Prepares comparative analysis reports including trending and improvement recommendations for review by senior leadership;
  • Analyzes and produces reporting for corporate budgeting;
  • Incrementally improve model reliability, efficiency, and quality for our project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or equivalent knowledge and experience;
  • Must have strong statistical experience;
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant experience;
  • Interest in data science and you may hold certifications from vendors such as Cloudera, Databricks, or others;
  • Strong to profound experience in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint;
  • Rapidly create dashboards using Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar. Visualizations that work for operators, senior management, etc.;
  • Experience working with teams leveraging an agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban / lean techniques) is nice to have, as would experience or knowledge of working under more traditional project management;
  • Previous HR knowledge or experience preferred but not a must-have.
