Responsibilities:

As a key member of the firm, you will participate in providing thought leadership in ASIA offices focusing on FX and macroeconomies. This includes conducting in-depth and thematic research on FX and macro, creating, and maintaining models, writing daily reports and monthly publications, and presenting research and views to clients. You will travel occasionally with the RMs and sales to attend meetings with internal stakeholders and external clients in other ASIA offices. In addition, you will contribute to ideas to publicly shared views and news to the media.

Requirements:

The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications with over 8 years of experience in research with strong focus on FX, preferably in global capital market or private banking, or other related fields. You have strong knowledge of global financial markets and FX movements, as well as experience in ASIA macroeconomies. You are technically proficient, are experience in building models and conducting in-depth and thematic research. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and external clients. You are a driven, results-focused, and independent individual who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
