  • You are collaborative and support user queries on interpretation of policies and assist in the adoption and localisation of policies, where needed.
  • You will socialise policy changes via ongoing electronic communications, briefing sessions and be part of the change management team that socialises these changes.
  • You will lead or represent the Risk Policy Unit in thematic/ad hoc workstreams that may be driven by changes in economic/regulatory landscape or business/risk strategies.
Requirements
  • You have at least a Bachelor\'s degree and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You should have more than 10 years working experience and possess strong credit skills from prior roles within credit risk or business. Experience across business segments (Institutional Banking, Consumer Banking and Wealth Management) is a plus.
  • You should have the ability to solution how group strategic outcomes should translate to our policies and process framework to shape the credit portfolio we want and drive the intended behaviour of bankers.
  • You have excellent writing skills that are concise and clear to ensure that policy requirements are unambiguous and consistently applied across the Bank. Prior experience in policy work is not essential but advantageous, as are data analytical skills.
  • You have strong verbal communication skills and able to drive discussions independently with key stakeholders, including senior management.
