Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Plant Engineer (Electrical) to join the hiring company in Jurong Island. About this Role: - As a Plant Engineer (Electrical), you will be responsible for maintaining optimal equipment performance through the development and implementation of comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include leading daily PM/CM activities, providing training and development to technicians, monitoring equipment performance, and establishing and maintaining standards related to equipment and spare parts. To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of chemical processes and PLC/Control systems, as well as computer literacy and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Overview: -

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Working Location: Jurong Island
• Transport provided: from Lakeside and Jurong East MRT stations
• Monthly Base Salary: $3500 to $5000 (Based on working experience)
• Additional of Monthly Fixed Allowance

Your Responsibilities: -

• Development and implementation of PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, and monitoring for new tools and technology
• Training and development of old/new technicians related to technical work
• Establishing and monitoring programs/Key Process Indicators (KPI) maintenance system for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques, operating data, etc.
• Optimising maintenance strategies and cost-effective benefits
• Attend ECR meeting, follow action items and process/Equipment Improvement
• Liaising with vendors related to technical works, issues and etc
• Establishing/maintaining standards related to equipment, spare parts and etc

Requirements: -

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience with strong working knowledge of chemical process
• Basic knowledge in PLC/Control
• Familiar with ESH regulations
