Strategizing and developing technical roadmap, maintenance contracts, tech refresh & implementation plans. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop the business cases for new projects. Ensure delivered solutions of the proper project and change management meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements. Manage the IT infrastructure of the company on 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal to support operations of the business. You will need: - At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing network and security equipment as well great knowledge in Wi-Fi's systems.
