Overview: - * 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Monthly Base Salary: Up to $4500 (Depending on relevant experience & industry experience) * AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus Overview: - 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monthly Base Salary: Up to $4500 (Depending on relevant experience & industry experience) AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonuses Your Responsibilities: - Handling contract management including general sales enquiry, provide consultation, follow up of maintenance contract proposal with customer & purchase order on billing matters, analyze contractual requirement and updating of contract sale activity listing of renewal & conversion. Offer digitalization business solutions to the existing customers. Manage 'Global Remote Monitoring System' (GRMS) matters including future upgrades enquiry and GRMS proposal as well to provide presentation and demonstration of GRMS to the customers. Provide consultation expertise advice to the customers about industry practice, solutions, regulations, and requirements. Conduct 'Enterprise Resource Planning' (ERP) Information management. You will need: - Minimum 5 years of sales and contract management experience in any engineering sector. Applicants from the lift industry will be advantages.
