About the Role

We are looking for a WAT Test Engineer to join our team in semiconductor manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) testkeys and measurement programs, while ensuring the stability of our production line systems. You will work closely with process integration engineers and contribute to new tape-outs and WAT test job.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain WAT Testkeys (GDS layout) for electrical parameter measurements. Collaborate with Process Integration Engineers on mask tooling and new tape-out projects. Work with EDA tools such as Cadence Layout and Synopsys Laker. Assist in establishing WAT test programs required for electrical characterization. Maintain and troubleshoot WAT production line measurement systems to ensure operational stability. Operate and optimize measurement systems, particularly the Keysight 4073/4082 Test System.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering . Science (Physics) Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in semiconductor testing are also welcome; comprehensive training will be provided. Knowledge of WAT, EDA tools, and test systems is a plus.
