You will be involved in / to:

• To develop new process steps for MEMS products to realize actuators such as PMUT and Micromirror
• To install, characterize and manage new equipment
• To define a process, stable and manufacturable capable to follow the product specifications to guarantee process quality
• To define a strategy to keep all process solution to contribute to develop new IP
• To contribute on definition of new products to maintain ST as MEMS Leader
• To hand-over to Production teams robust process and technical know-how packages to allow smooth transition and stable production

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• At least 5 years experience in Wafer to Wafer (W2W) Bonding in Semiconductor Front-End
• Materials Science Knowledge
• Knowledge on physical characterization\xc2\xb7 Good technical reports and documentation writing skill
• Statistical Method
• Ability of team working
