The Waiter Supervisor is responsible for supervising the service team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant operations. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate staff.


Key Responsibilities?



Supervise and coordinate daily activities of waiters/waitresses and service staff Ensure all guests receive high-quality and efficient service Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Assist in staff training on service standards, menu knowledge, and hygiene practices Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for timely food delivery Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas Assist in inventory control of tableware and beverages * Support management in scheduling, reporting, and operational improvements
