Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Memorize and have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Take customer orders accurately and promptly, making suggestions and answering questions as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table settings, silverware, glassware, and dishware.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point of sale system accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
• Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and resolve them to the customer\'s satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, rotating inventory, and checking expiration dates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
• Passionate about F&B and providing excellent service to customers.
• Able to work on public holidays, weekdays, and weekends, as well as restaurant shift hours.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
• Working location: Middle Road.
• Working hours: 5 working days per week, with shifts from 7AM-4PM, 12PM-9PM, or 2:30PM-11:30PM (1AM for Fri, Sat).
