Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet and coordinate the seating of guests.
- Handling of phone calls for reservations and orders.
- Take orders.
- Ensuring the food orders are made correctly by kitchen staff and look presentable for guests.
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
- Setting up and cleaning of dining area.
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of in the restaurant and connected areas or pantries.
- Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant, including but not limited to glassware, plate and crockery.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities
WORKING HOURS
- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 5 days a week
