Xi Yan award wining private dining established since 2005 has opened a brand new flagship restaurant , Xi Yan Maxwell with a fresh concept that includes Private dining, General Dining and Bar since July 2019. We are looking for suitable services crew in reservation/hosting, serving to be part of this new exciting concept. Responsibilities include:
delivering excellent customer service
Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
Taking of orders, serving of beverages and food to customers
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
Assist in food running where necessary
Full time, part timers, interns are welcome to apply for position. Qualities we seek are:
Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
Respective skills in functions to be performed
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Team work
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Experience in F&B Operations, fine dining, banquet
Bilingual (English and Chinese) would be an advantage
Preferably 5 years of previous experience in serving in restaurant
